    Slovak Breed Survey System

In the Slovak Republic they use a similar system to the East Germans for breed survey.
They also use a series of letters, as well as numbers in the breed survey.
 The following table is a translation of a Slovak Survey card,
and describes the various numbers and letters used to describe a particular dog.
