Czech "Bonitacni Karta" or Survey Card          

  In the Czech Republic they use a similar system to the East Germans for breed survey.
They also use a series of letters, as well as numbers in the breed survey.
The following table is a translation of a Czech "Bonitacni Karta", or Survey card,
and describes the various numbers and letters used to describe a particular dog. 
 
        These following codes have been valid in the Czech Republic since the reform in 1990.
