Pascha aka "Annie"

Pascha aka "Annie's" OFA rating for hip
films was received
following the whelping of her first litter.
This litter was not planned by our
kennel, nor do we approve
of matings prior to 2 years of age.
Unfortunately, this was an accidental
mating that occurred
while Annie was in the care of her
first owner.
The hip films
shown below of Annie were taken at 24
months of age.
These were
viewed and graded by my own vet, as well
as
a second
orthopedic vet, both grading these hips
as OFA Good,
but were graded by OFA as Fair.
We intend to
re-ray again at a later date, in between
heat cycles
and believe her subsequent hip rating will improve, as
the reason for a rating of "fair" was
due to subluxation,
which can be directly attributed to
hormones
associated with pregnancy and whelping.
